- Improved financial performance from continuing operations
Revenue from continuing operations (excluding Rail) amounted to mDKK 979 (2024: mDKK 1,001), primarily reflecting the expiry of selected Bus contracts. Despite this, profitability improved materially, with profit/loss from continuing operations strengthening to mDKK –108 from mDKK –133 in 2024, reflecting improved execution and focus on the core portfolio. - Secured long-term financing supporting strategic execution
During 2025, GoCollective secured long-term financing to support its electric bus expansion program, including committed CAPEX funding of approximately mDKK 660 for the acquisition of electric buses and related charging infrastructure. This financing provides a solid foundation for continued execution and operational scalability. - Strong momentum in Bus operations and electrification
The Group successfully completed the full mobilisation of several major Bus contracts and initiated the first large-scale transition toward electric bus operations, strengthening both operational efficiency and the long-term competitiveness of the Bus business. - Continued growth and value creation in UCplus
UCplus delivered continued growth through expansion of its vocational education portfolio, including new authorizations within the cleaning sector, selective geographic expansion, and the mobilisation of new municipal language education agreements. - Strategic repositioning of the Rail business
Rail operations were affected by elevated operating cost levels and continued execution complexity during the transition period. GoCollective entered into negotiations with the Danish Ministry of Transport regarding an early termination of the Rail contract and the divestment of Rail-related assets, aiming to reduce earnings volatility and structural risk. - Outlook for 2026
Revenue from continuing operations is expected to increase in 2026, mainly driven by the full-year effect of newly mobilised Bus contracts. EBIT from continuing operations is expected to be in the range of approximately mDKK 0–20, reflecting continued operational improvements and portfolio simplification.
Management commentary
The 2025 Annual Report reflects a pivotal transition year for GoCollective. The Bus business developed broadly in line with Management’s expectations, supported by the successful mobilisation of awarded contracts and progress within electric bus operations. UCplus continued its positive development, underpinned by portfolio expansion and selective geographic growth.
While reported results for the year remain negative, they largely reflect legacy effects and exposure to activities currently being exited. At the same time, 2025 marks tangible progress toward a simpler, more resilient and operationally focused Group, supported by secured long-term financing and a clear strategic direction.
For 2026, Management expects to maintain a strong focus on execution, consolidation and further strengthening of the Group’s continuing activities, with an emphasis on profitability, cash flow generation and long-term value creation.
